Zeron 100 Set Screws manufactured at TorqBolt are ZERON equivalent of super duplex 32760, resistant to stress corrosion cracking and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen. .Dimensional standards as per DIN 913, DIN 914, DIN 915, DIN 916, DIN 551, DIN 553, DIN 438 and BS 4168 are provided.

The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Super Duplex Stainless Steel . Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. Zeron 100 Set Screws are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.SA 182 F55 is a forging grade of Alloy 32760 or UNS 32760 which is highly resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting alloy for variety of corrsives. It is 22% chromium duplex stainless steel. It shows very good ductillity and impact strength at ambient and subzero temperatures. Its properties makes it excellent fasteners in sour service industry.It is used in nitric acid processes. polypropelyn produstions, pvc productions, corn and vegitable processing plants. sewage treatment plants etc. It is also called as zeron 100 super duplex.Zeron 100 fasteners zeron 100 bolts , zeron 100 nuts and zeron 100 washers are amongst the hot products of TorqBolt Inc.
