Raw material is selected from bonded storage racks. Blanks are cut to size and lubricated before hot forging. 100% Pre Material Inspection(PMI), Micro/Macro Examinations and hardness testing is the core requirement for raw material selection
Into the induction heater. After heating, the blank is removed. Bolt fastener part is placed in press. Heading press is engaged and punches down & forms Head. The headed component is now ready for the next process.
