TorqBolt manufactures high corrosion resistant PED certified high nickel alloy stainless steel ALLOY 20 Fasteners.

Alloy 20 is a nickel chromium alloy with maximum resistance to sulphuric acid. Alloy 20 has good resistance to corrosion ,pitting’s and crevice cracking. Addition of Niobium Stabilizes sensitive Intergranular corrosion. This alloy is provided in both solution annealed and stress relieved condition.

TorqBolt manufactures Alloy 20 Fasteners via cold forging, hot forging and CNC machining. Sizes range from M1.0 to M100 (metric) and 1/16" to 4" (imperial). Available in coarse, fine, UNC, UNF, UN, BSW and acme threads with half, full or double-end thread configurations. Each Alloy 20 Fasteners batch is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 material test certificates.
