Duplex 2507 Threaded Rod manufactured at TorqBolt are SANDVIK(SAF) equivalent of super duplex 32750, resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen.Dimensional standards as per ASME B18.2.1, DIN 976, DIN 938, DIN 939, DIN 2510, BS 4439, BS 2693 and BS4882 are provided.
The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Super Duplex Stainless Steel. Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. Duplex 2507 Threaded Rod are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.SA 182 F53 is a forging grade of Alloy 32750 or UNS 32750 and it is same as alloy 2507. Alloy 2507 is a super duplex steel containing 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, 7% nickel designed for demanding applications which require high strength. It has outstanding resistance for pitting and crevice corrosion in sea waters and thus it has number of applications in marine Industry. It is advisable not to use this type of alloy for temperatures ranging higher than 300 Degrees celciuos. it is mainly used in oil and gas industry, offshore platforms, heat exchangers, vessels and high pressure RO plants. It has a very good weldeabillity, it can joined to itself or other material.
