Super Duplex 32750 Nuts manufactured at TorqBolt are resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen.Dimensional standards as per ANSI B18.2.2 in imperial and ANSI B18.2.4.6M in metric are provided.
The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Super Duplex Stainless Steel. Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. Super Duplex 32750 Nuts are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.Alloy 32750 or UNS 32750 is same as alloy 2507. Alloy 2507 is a super duplex steel containing 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, 7% nickel designed for demanding applications which require high strength. It has outstanding resistance for pitting and crevice corrosion in sea waters and thus it has number of applications in marine Industry. It is advisable not to use this type of alloy for temperatures ranging higher than 300 Degrees celciuos. it is mainly used in oil and gas industry, offshore platforms, heat exchangers, vessels and high pressure RO plants. It has a very good weldeabillity, it can joined to itself or other material.
