Zeron 100 Threaded Rod manufactured at TorqBolt are ZERON equivalent of super duplex 32760, resistant to stress corrosion cracking and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen.Dimensional standards as per ASME B18.2.1, DIN 976, DIN 938, DIN 939, DIN 2510, BS 4439, BS 2693 and BS4882 are provided.
The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Super Duplex Stainless Steel. Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. Zeron 100 Threaded Rod are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.SA 182 F55 is a forging grade of Alloy 32760 or UNS 32760 which is highly resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting alloy for variety of corrsives. It is 22% chromium duplex stainless steel. It shows very good ductillity and impact strength at ambient and subzero temperatures.
