SA 182 F61 Washers manufactured at TorqBolt are Forging equivalent of Ferralium 255, resistant to stress corrosion cracking and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen.Dimensional standards as per DIN 125, ISO 7089, ISO 7090, ISO 7092, DIN 433, DIN 7349, DIN 9021 and ISO 7093 are provided.
The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Duplex Stainless Steel. Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. SA 182 F61 Washers are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.SA 182 F55 is a forging grade of Alloy 32760 or UNS 32760 which is highly resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting alloy for variety of corrsives. It is 22% chromium duplex stainless steel. It shows very good ductillity and impact strength at ambient and subzero temperatures.
