SA 182 F61 Rings manufactured at TorqBolt are Forging equivalent of Ferralium 255, resistant to stress corrosion cracking and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen.Dimensional standards as per DIN 471, DIN 472, DIN 5417, DIN 983, AS 568, BS 1806, ISO 3601 and DIN 3771 are provided.
The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Duplex Stainless Steel. Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. SA 182 F61 Rings are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.SA 182 F55 is a forging grade of Alloy 32760 or UNS 32760 which is highly resistant to crevice corrosion and pitting alloy for variety of corrsives. It is 22% chromium duplex stainless steel. It shows very good ductillity and impact strength at ambient and subzero temperatures.
