Zeron 100 Lock washers manufactured at TorqBolt are ZERON equivalent of super duplex 32760, resistant to stress corrosion cracking and pitting with a combination of high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen.Dimensional standards as per DIN 6797 and DIN 6798 are provided.
The raw material of these fasteners is classified as Super Duplex Stainless Steel. Being a PED certified Fasteners Manufacturer by TUV Rheinland,our fasteners are accompanied with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification. Zeron 100 Lock washers are available in hot forged,cold forged and bar stock machined conditions depending upon the order quantity.
